FULL MEMBERSHIP
$60 annual fee for full membership
Membership begins in January and runs consecutively for twelve months. Upon approval of the application you will be asked to pay a pro-rated amount of the membership fee to cover the remainder of the calendar year ($5 per month).

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP
$48 annual fee for affiliate membership
Upon approval of the application you will be asked to pay a pro-rated amount of the membership fee to cover the remainder of the calendar year ($4 per month).
